Metal Frame Headboards
Below are some steps that you may find useful. You may or may not use tools depending on the frame that you are assembling.
For frames that need no tools:
1. Open out the cross beams of the frame. Place it toward the wall. The headboard should be the one touching the wall.
2. Holes should be line up properly with the bolts. Place the cross beams together.
3. Insert the bolt heads inside each hole. Then to lock it, put the sides apart.
For frames that need tools:
1. Put down the two outside pieces of the frame. Headboard should be towards the wall. For small beds, two cross beams are needed. One will be placed at the top. The other one will be at the bottom.
Meanwhile, three cross beams are needed for larger beds. Aside from top and bottom, one should be placed in the middle.
2. Set the beams. Cross beams should be across the side beams. Then, in each hole, place a bolt facing down.
3. To lock each bolt, you may need pliers and wrench. Make sure that you tighten all the bolts equally. Tighten them with all your force.
